How long do your marshmallows stay fresh?
Our marshmallows are best enjoyed within 8 weeks of arrival. To maintain their fluffy texture, store them in a cool, dry place inside an airtight container.
Are your marshmallows gluten-free and dairy-free?
Most of our marshmallow flavors are gluten-free, but some contain dairy or cookies. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How long does shipping take?
We hand-make our marshmallows in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the country to ensure our marshmallows arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We are looking into international options for the future.
Can I place a custom order for an event?

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
